Mike Phillips 

(Assoc. CIPD, Cert. in Training Practice)

I am a freelance trainer, facilitator, consultant and coach who is passionate about releasing potential through learning and development.

With a varied career, I am able to specialise in training topics as diverse as:

I use a range of interactive training techniques which build upon adult learning principles, brain-friendly and accelerated learning theories.

I became a freelance trainer, facilitator, consultant and coach in 2008 and have delivered training across London, the UK and internationally.

In addition to my private customers, I also work as an Associate Trainer with Blue Phoenix Communications, Directory of Social Change (DSC), Dementia Care Matters and National Activity Providers Association NAPA.

I am also involved in a range of facilitation, consultancy and coaching initiatives, having worked with organisations including Opening Doors (Age UK) and My Home Life.

I am an Associate with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Institute of Equality and Diversity Practitioners and International Association of Facilitators.

I am also qualified as a Dementia Care Mapper, an Eden Alternative Associate and a registered Belbin Team Roles practitioner.
